HEALTH GUARANTEE AFTER PURCHASE. & 
REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS AND EXPENSES:

 1.  within 7 days following the sale of an cat/kitten, a veterinarian of the consumer’s choosing, licensed by a state certifies such animal to be unfit for purchase due to illness or the presence of symptoms of a contagious or infectious disease, or if, within 180 calendar days following such sale or receipt, whichever occurred last, a licensed veterinarian certifies such animal to be unfit for purchase due to a congenial malformation which adversely affects the health of the animal, the SELLER shall afford the consumer the right to exchange the kitten. Note:  THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED!

2.  For me to honor a health guarantee your kitten has to bee seen yearly  for yearly health check, shots/booster shot and rabi vaccine. Please keep your records.


FEEDING: 
3. Feed Life Abundance all life stages kibble up to one year after purchase.  Kittens required to be fed Life Abundance cat food. I do this for a reason.  it is imperative to feed your kitten.  When you order you food i will get a list monthly of who buys.  If your not buying feeding  your kitten your health guarantee is no longer valid.  I have found the Life abundance kibble is cheaper than most high end brands.
